More human

Just a quick note from a meeting taking place as I type;

– The more system automation that you apply to your business process, the more expensive your implementation will be.

– The latter is also an immediate impact on any future (application) implementations, as ALL applications will be expected to automate the same process steps.

– The more human behavior that you embed in your process, the better your systems (regardless of the systems) will serve you.
